Empowering Black Girls
Purposed Pearls, Inc. is a mentoring program dedicated to empowering and uplifting black girls. Through our community, education, and lifestyle pillars, we aim to inspire and support young girls in reaching their full potential. Our mission is to provide them with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to succeed in all aspects of life.
Our Journey
Purposed Pearls, Inc. was founded January 3, 2017 by Dominique Ashley. Being a native of Fayetteville, NC., Dominique wanted to create a safe space for young girls of color. Purposed Pearls Foundation, Inc., formally known as The Queen In Me Mentoring, focuses on uplifting black girls while preparing them to become our future leaders.​
Here at Purposed Pearls, Inc., we know the importance of having a positive and safe space for young girls. Since our beginnings in 2017, we've been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Nonprofit Organization upon: community, education, and lifestyle.

Our Pillars
Community
Our organization is based around being involved in the community. We teach our girls that importance of being involved and the various ways to be involved. Each year our members have to host two community service projects.
Education
Our organization is dedicated to addressing issues about the Education system. We make sure to promote the continuing of those pursuing education, as well as providing the resources needed to obtain the education.
Lifestyle
At Purposed Pearls Foundation, Inc., we aim to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually fit to live a positive lifestyle.
